Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook
Download the workbook on the Scouting America official website. This document is formatted to allow you to type your project information directly onto the form. You need to save the document on your PC, then open with Adobe Reader 9 or later.
Eagle Scout Rank Application
The paper application (pdf) is available on the Scouting America website, but the application should be ideally generated and printed from Scoutbook. Follow these Scoutbook instructions (pdf) to generate your Eagle Scout Rank application from Scoutbook which will fill-in most of the information. You will need to re-check all items, and fill-in any missing information (often Leadership positions need to be filled-in, etc.). Scouts also need to add their five references. This form must be completed prior to the Scoutmaster Conference for Eagle.
Eagle Coaches
Life Scouts should contact the Committee Chair, the Advancement Chair or the Scoutmaster if they have not been assigned an Eagle Coach as listed on the last pages of the Life-to-Eagle presentation above.
Eagle Palm Application
Please contact the Advancement Chair or the Scoutmaster if you think you have met the requirements for an Eagle Palm.
Previous Eagle Projects
A list of all T-54 Eagle Scouts and their respective projects is provided in the last pages of the Life-to-Eagle presentation above. Additionally, this map shows the locations of 50+ Eagle Projects completed by T-55 scouts in the Houston area in recent years. By clicking on each flag, a description of each project can be seen along with the name of the beneficiary.
